Hydrogen Peroxide.
This stuff is like $1.99 for a bottle.
I use it like this: Before I brush... dip a cotton swab in, rub it all over my top teeth, then change sides and dip, and scrub the bottom. Done.
White teeth. Love.
Hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient in whitening stripes...
I like to beat out the middle man and just rock the HP.
I drink coffee everyday, two cups to be exact, and my teeth are a lovely natural white.

Oh, I double checked with my Dentist and he was cool with this method of teeth whitening. So don't worry Mom!
