YAY dress shopping was SO SO much fun today!

My mom, sister/MOH, & future MIL went to go and help me find the dress that fit me the best :)

We also found my sisters dress! We spent the afternoon looking around the mall, everywhere, to find a dress that she and I both liked! It was a little tough, but we ended up finding the perfect dress for her! She was really happy with what we found for her... Here are the pictures!!!

The first dress I tried on... Eh... Not my favorite, but it was nice to know that a shorter dress made me just feel like a 50's housewife!

This was the birdcage veil that was added to my outfit... Not a fan of the height on this one, but I like the direction of the birdcage veil!

The third dress, was pretty, but it was so big! And it was heavy, which I knew was going to be awkward for a night of getting down!

This is what it looked like before, but with a sash added... I thought the dress was really pretty, but I thought that our event is going to be more casual than this...

This was a White by Vera Wang dress that my consultant, Jessica picked for me to try. Needless to say SO not my favorite. I liked the top of the dress, but the rest of the dress, I don't think is made for a girl with hips like me!

This was a birdcage veil piece that I really liked! It was a little big, but I thought that the idea of one piece instead of a bunch of little pieces is something that I like better.

This dress was chosen by my future MIL... Despite my smile, I am not a fan. (you can see her in the background here smiling 'cause she loved the thing!) It was really heavy and so formal! I didn't feel like myself in it, which is my goal for basically the whole wedding! I want to look and feel like myself but better!

Trying on some shoes... These are not the shoes that I am going with, but I LOVE the idea of a colored shoe!

My sister/MOH snapped this picture of my mom and I in mid-conversation about something that I can't remember, but we have the same expression on our faces!!

This is the dress that my sister got today!!! I am so excited!!! It looks AWESOME on her!!! She got hers in a color called Malibu... Which is just a teal blue... So SO cute!
