Yesterday was my first day doing Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred...
My calves? Hate me.
My arms? Wobbly.
My abs (do they exist?)? Aren't that bad!

I'm going to take a picture every week of my progress with the 30 Day Shred... I heard many a good things about the 30 Day Shred from some of the lovely gals here in Blogger land, buuuut I can't seem to remember from whom :) Oh well!

The two posts from yesterday are from Monday and Tuesday where here in California we have English weather!!! I LOVE it!!! I am listening to the radio and drinking a nice cup of tea! LOVE.
